fry9 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules & Player Rights

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• "fry9," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the fry9 online gaming platform operated at fry9.org.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fry9 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon completion of the fry9 registration process.

fry9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requirements within the timeframe specified by fry9.
• Receipt of a court order or instruction from a regulatory authority directing account suspension or closure.
• Reasonable determination by fry9 that continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the fry9 platform.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting fry9 support.
